1. General

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern how you (“Customer”) use the online travel platform Wenfly operated by SIA ICG Commerce (Reg. No. 40203162701), registered at Pūces iela 47 - 29B, Rīga, LV-1082, Latvia (“Wenfly”, “we”, “us”). Wenfly acts as an intermediary platform between customers and tour operators or other travel service providers. By using Wenfly (the websites www.wenfly.lv and www.wenfly.co.uk), you agree to these Terms.

Visitor – any person browsing Wenfly websites. Customer – a person who makes a travel service booking through Wenfly.

Availability of travel services displayed on Wenfly depends on third-party tour operators and travel service providers (collectively, “Providers”). Wenfly offers trips, package services, accommodation, flights, insurance, and car rentals provided by those Providers.

Wenfly is responsible only as an intermediary within the scope of the cooperation agreements concluded with Providers. We guarantee the quality of our own platform services in accordance with applicable Latvian laws and our contracts with Providers.

Order – any travel service order where the Customer completes a booking via Wenfly, pays, and receives a booking confirmation to the indicated email address.

After a booking is confirmed and paid, a direct contract is formed between the Customer and the relevant Provider. Wenfly may participate only as an authorised intermediary.

The Customer agrees that any contract or invoice prepared electronically by Wenfly is valid without a handwritten signature. Upon request, the Customer undertakes to sign equivalent paper documents. Wenfly may contact the Customer via the email or phone number provided.

If minors travel, the Customer must verify the hotel’s child age policy and specify minors accordingly as children or adults as required in the offer details.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm you have read and agree to Wenfly’s Privacy Policy and Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation terms (where applicable under law or Provider rules).

2. Providers and their Terms

Trips and travel services offered on Wenfly are provided by independent Providers. Tour operators offering package travel are insured as required by Latvian law.

In addition to these Terms, the Customer is bound by each Provider’s own terms, fare rules, and conditions (including check-in times, payment, confirmations, cancellations, changes, liability limits, and compensation policies). Links to Provider websites and applicable rules are usually shown in the offer details. Please read them carefully and contact Wenfly or the Provider if you need clarification.

3. Customer-initiated Changes or Cancellations

Each booking change or cancellation is subject to the specific Provider’s contract conditions accepted at the time of booking.

In some cases, Wenfly or the Provider cannot process changes or cancellations without a written request from the Customer acknowledging any additional costs and fees.

Certain services may be non-refundable or non-changeable.

Refunds for cancelled services will be issued using the original payment method to the payer’s account.

4. Payment

The Customer must pay according to the payment schedule shown in the selected offer. Payment methods may vary by service and Provider.

Tickets, vouchers, or other travel documents are not issued until full payment is received. Wenfly reserves the right to verify the customer’s identity in line with applicable law before issuing documents.

5. Booking Confirmation & Documents

The Customer must ensure that names in the booking match passport details.

Confirmations, vouchers, and documents are sent to the Customer’s email within one business day after full payment is received.

Wenfly relies on information provided by the Customer and is not responsible for loss due to incorrect email details or blocked delivery caused by email settings.

6. Information on Wenfly

Wenfly provides access to Provider databases and booking systems and may perform additional order processing if needed. The content of the websites may change at any time, including information on suppliers, programs, and databases.

Information on the websites (including prices, descriptions, dates) may occasionally contain inaccuracies or omissions; Wenfly will correct known issues as soon as reasonably possible.

Hotel/service information is primarily supplied and updated by Providers; Wenfly is not liable for discrepancies due to outdated Provider content.

The Customer is responsible for verifying entry requirements, passports, visas, health and vaccination requirements, and should consult the destination’s embassy or official sources.

Wenfly may contain links to third-party sites which we do not control; we are not responsible for their content.

For international air, sea, road, and rail travel, liability may be limited by applicable international conventions.

Wenfly is not liable where non-performance of an order is caused by circumstances beyond the control of Wenfly, its agents, or Providers. We are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from services booked through Wenfly and provided by Providers.

If travel insurance is not included, the Customer is strongly advised to purchase suitable insurance for the entire trip. Failure to obtain insurance is at the Customer’s own risk.

Scheduled departure/arrival times may change and are outside Wenfly’s control. The Customer must re-check timings (including the day before departure) with the Provider or carrier.

7. Force Majeure

Force majeure includes, without limitation, intervention by authorities, war, civil unrest, kidnapping, fire, flood, accidents, storms, terrorism, strikes, lockouts, changes to entry/exit regulations, actions by embassies/border/customs/transport/security authorities, and other events that unavoidably affect service provision by Wenfly or Providers. Wenfly bears no responsibility for non-performance caused by force majeure.

8. Questions & Complaints

Before travel, questions or complaints related to your order can be addressed by emailing info@wenfly.lv or calling +371 20009500. If issues arise during travel relating to the Provider and/or hotel, you must file a complaint with the Provider and/or hotel before returning, in accordance with applicable procedures.

For Wenfly-related issues during or after travel, contact Wenfly no later than 30 days after return, providing the order number and all relevant information. Additional documentation may be requested in writing.

9. Changes to these Terms

Wenfly may change these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. The current version is the one available on www.wenfly.lv and www.wenfly.co.uk at the time of viewing. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Data Protection & Security

Wenfly applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data and complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Latvian law.

When booking, you agree that necessary personal data may be processed by Providers for service delivery. After transfer to a Provider, Wenfly is not responsible for the Provider’s independent data processing.

Wenfly may restrict or terminate access to the websites without prior notice if the Customer uses them contrary to these Terms.
