Common criticisms
Noise
Several guests mentioned issues with noise, particularly in the early morning. One guest reported being woken up by noise from nearby bins, which disrupted their sleep. Another guest noted, 'It was so noisy. Guests are selfish. Kids running and screaming.' This indicates that noise control could be improved.
Pool Area
The pool area received mixed reviews, with some guests finding it dirty and crowded. One guest noted that there were not enough sunbeds, leading to overcrowding and cleanliness issues. Another mentioned, 'The pool area was quite dirty,' suggesting that maintenance could be better.
Dining Experience
The dining experience was described as chaotic by some guests, with difficulties in finding tables and issues with other guests taking seats. One guest shared, 'There was never a table. Once I got one, put our drinks down and went for food... come back our forks were gone and one of our chairs.' This suggests that the dining area could be better organized.
