Several guests expressed dissatisfaction with the staff's attitude and service quality. A review noted that only a few staff members were friendly, while others were inattentive. One guest stated, 'Out of about 25 staff only 3 maybe 4 speak to you say hello smile.' This indicates a need for improved customer service training.
Cleanliness was a concern for some guests, with reports of inconsistent room cleaning and maintenance. One review highlighted issues such as unwashed shower screens and infrequent floor sweeping. This suggests that the housekeeping standards could be more consistent to enhance guest satisfaction.
The food and beverage service received mixed reviews, with some guests unhappy about the quality and availability of food. Issues such as uncovered food and limited options for English guests were mentioned. A guest noted, 'breakfast no milk for cup of tea no butter for bread and most of the food on offer is 99% for the other guest not English.' This highlights the need for more diverse and hygienic food options.
