Food And Dining
The hotel's dining options have received high praise for their variety and quality. Guests have noted the wide array of dishes available, particularly at dinner, which are described as being much tastier than those at other hotels. This variety ensures that there is something to satisfy every palate, enhancing the overall dining experience.

The hotel offers a vibrant entertainment program that guests find enjoyable and engaging. Evening entertainment, in particular, has been highlighted as a fun aspect of the stay, with one guest noting, "The evening entertainment is also really fun and makes each night enjoyable.". Common criticisms
Internet Access
Some guests have expressed dissatisfaction with the internet access at the hotel, noting that it is not included in the all-inclusive package. This has been a point of contention for those who expect complimentary internet as part of their stay. The additional charge for internet access can be seen as an inconvenience, especially for guests who rely on connectivity for work or personal use. This aspect of the hotel's services could benefit from improvement to meet guest expectations.
Additional Charges
Guests have noted that while the hotel offers a wide range of amenities, some services come with unexpected additional charges. For instance, while one a la carte restaurant visit per week is free, further visits incur a fee. This can lead to disappointment for guests who assume that all amenities are included in the all-inclusive package. Clearer communication regarding these charges could help manage expectations and improve guest satisfaction.
