The hotel features 535 guest rooms, 24-hours reception, express check-in and check-out, concierge service, currency exchange, conference facilities, free WIFI, 8 outdoor pools, indoor pool, playground, fitness centre, exceptional spa and wellness, sports facilities (especially water sports), 8 restaurants, 5 bars, medical assistance, car hire and free on-site parking. Facilities for disabled guests. From 01. 11. 25 to 31. 03. 2026, our property will operate under the Winter Concept. During this period, some outdoor facilities will be unavailable. However, heated pools for both adults and children will remain open. Heating for private villa pools is also available for an additional charge.

Many guests highlighted the warm welcome they received, even when arriving early in the morning, and the staff's willingness to accommodate requests and answer questions. Entertainment
Guests loved the variety of entertainment options available at the resort, which included nightly shows and live bands from around the world. The resort also hosted special events, such as an Oktoberfest party with decorations, games, and a live band, which left a lasting impression on guests. While the dining options were generally well-received, some guests noted that the buffet could become crowded, making it difficult to find seating, especially for larger groups. The food was described as being more geared towards a Russian demographic, which might not cater to all tastes. Beach Access
Although the resort offers beachfront access, some guests found it challenging to secure loungers at the beach due to the high occupancy.
