This multicultural environment added to the overall appeal of the location.

The hotel's facilities were generally well-received, with many guests enjoying the variety of amenities available. The presence of multiple pools, including an indoor and outdoor option, catered to different preferences. Guests also appreciated the convenience of having a fitness center and spa on-site, which enhanced their relaxation and wellness experiences. The availability of a kids' club and entertainment staff provided additional activities for families, making it a suitable choice for those traveling with children.

The staff at Adalya Art Side Hotel received praise for their efforts to enhance the guest experience. Many guests noted that 'the waiters are trying, but not all of them', indicating a general appreciation for the service, despite some inconsistencies. Common criticisms
Cleanliness
Cleanliness was a significant concern for several guests, particularly regarding the pool and beach areas. One guest mentioned that 'the water in the pool seemed uncleaned, both in the adult one and where the slides are'. The beach was also criticized for being rarely cleaned, which detracted from the enjoyment of the seaside experience. These issues raised questions about the hotel's maintenance standards and impacted the overall perception of hygiene.
Food And Dining
The dining experience at the hotel did not meet the expectations of some guests, who found the food selection lacking in variety and quality. A guest expressed disappointment with the absence of 'European or Slavic soups, side dishes, where is the fish, other seafood, lamb, pork'. The repetitive and simple menu offerings were not in line with the Ultra All-Inclusive promise, leading to dissatisfaction among those seeking diverse culinary options. This aspect was a notable area for improvement.
Smoking Policy
The hotel's smoking policy was a major issue for non-smoking guests, as smoking was permitted in many areas, including the beach. One guest described it as 'a nightmare' due to the pervasive presence of smoke, which affected their comfort and enjoyment. The lack of designated non-smoking areas was seen as a lack of respect for non-smokers, prompting calls for stricter regulations to accommodate all guests. This policy was a significant drawback for those sensitive to smoke.
