Noise Issues
Some guests experienced noise disturbances during their stay, particularly from air conditioning units and nearby bars. One guest mentioned being moved to different rooms due to constant noise. "Noisy rooms, put next to aircon units, room 585 incessant droning noise for 2 days," a guest complained.
Weather And Outdoor Conditions
The weather was a disappointment for some, with unexpected storms affecting their experience. Additionally, the walk to nearby areas was noted as being scruffy, with litter and dog excrement. "Unfortunately, weather has not been kind and experienced 3 out of 8 with unrelenting storms," a guest shared.
Smoking Areas
The presence of smoking areas near sunbeds and outdoor buffet areas was a concern for non-smoking guests. Some had to move to indoor areas to avoid smoke, which could be noisy and busy. "You can't avoid the smoking around the sunbeds," a guest noted.
