Common criticisms

Entertainment

While the animation team was praised, some guests felt the evening shows could be improved with more diverse acts. The nightclub was noted to be less busy than expected, which was disappointing for some guests. Despite the full hotel, the entertainment options did not always meet expectations.

Room Location

Guests advised requesting rooms not located at the top of the hill due to the number of steps. This was particularly challenging for older guests or those with mobility issues. The steep climb was a minor inconvenience for some, impacting their overall experience.
