Why AQUA FANTASY AQUAPARK HOTEL & SPA 5*?
Staff
Guests consistently praised the staff for their friendliness and attentiveness, making their stay more enjoyable. Many noted how staff members went out of their way to accommodate special requests, such as preparing separate meals for those with allergies. One guest highlighted the exceptional service by mentioning, "Every member of staff we came into contact with were friendly and accommodating". The staff's ability to maintain professionalism even in challenging situations was also appreciated.
Water Park
The hotel's water park was a standout feature for many guests, offering a fun and exciting experience for families. Visitors appreciated the variety of slides and the availability of floats, which ensured everyone could enjoy the attractions without long waits. One guest remarked, "The waterpark was the best we have been to". The inclusion of the water park at no extra cost added significant value to their stay.
Cleanliness
Guests frequently commented on the hotel's high standards of cleanliness, noting that both the rooms and the grounds were well-maintained. Daily housekeeping services ensured that rooms were kept spotless, with fresh sheets and towels provided regularly. One guest shared, "The whole complex is spotless and our room was cleaned every day". This attention to cleanliness contributed to a comfortable and pleasant stay for many visitors.
Common criticisms
Food Quality And Variety
While some guests enjoyed the food, others felt it lacked variety and quality, particularly in the main buffet. There were complaints about the limited selection and the presence of wasps and flies on uncovered dishes at the outdoor restaurant. One guest expressed disappointment, stating, "The food badly lets the hotel down". Although the à la carte restaurants were praised, the restriction of one booking per week was seen as insufficient.
Guest Behavior
A few guests were disturbed by the behavior of other visitors, which sometimes detracted from their experience. Incidents included children running unsupervised, and adults engaging in loud arguments or inappropriate behavior in public areas. One review mentioned, "Unfortunately, the guests here just now include kids running amock". Despite these issues, the staff remained professional and courteous, handling situations as best as they could.
Location
The hotel's location, while offering beautiful beach access, was noted to be somewhat isolated, with no nearby attractions within walking distance. This isolation meant guests often stayed on the premises, which some found limiting. However, others appreciated the tranquility and the opportunity to fully utilize the hotel's amenities. One guest noted that the lack of nearby attractions actually helped them save money by spending more time at the hotel.
