Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness, location, and exceptional staff service. The all-inclusive dining options and variety of amenities, including a spa and beachfront access, enhance the overall experience. While minor language barriers and pool temperature were noted, they did not significantly detract from the enjoyment. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for those looking for a high-quality resort experience in Konakli.
Situated in the Konakli district of Alanya, Antalya, our hotel sits on expansive grounds and offers 155 rooms. Guests can enjoy two outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, and a children's pool. The spa features a Turkish bath, sauna, salt room, steam room, and six massage rooms. Dining options include a main restaurant (indoor seating for 200, outdoor for 144) and an à la carte restaurant (for 25). Our unique 2000 m² beach, a mix of sand and gravel, boasts a pier with a natural pool, sunbathing area, showers, restrooms, and changing rooms.

Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, just a short walk from outlet stores and a large bazaar. The proximity to the beach, with easy access via a pier or sandy coast, was also a highlight. Many enjoyed the nearby mosque and the ease of traveling to Alanya for day trips.
The staff at the hotel received high praise for their friendliness and attentiveness. Guests felt genuinely welcomed, with special mentions for staff members like Bali and Jana who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The service was described as professional and warm.
The all-inclusive food offerings were a hit, with a wide variety of Turkish and international dishes available. Guests enjoyed the daily changing menu and the availability of snacks and drinks throughout the day. The quality and taste of the food were consistently praised.
Some guests experienced minor language barriers, particularly with understanding certain facilities like the hamam. While most staff spoke English and German, clearer explanations in English could enhance the experience. One guest noted a humorous misunderstanding due to this issue.
A few guests mentioned that the pool water was a bit cold, especially in September. Despite this, many still enjoyed swimming and found the pool area relaxing. The temperature was noted as a minor inconvenience rather than a major issue.
