Common criticisms
Internet
Some guests were disappointed with the internet service, noting that free Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby. The paid internet service in rooms was not always reliable, which was inconvenient for those needing consistent connectivity. This aspect could be improved to enhance guest satisfaction.
Additional Costs
Guests noted that several amenities and services, such as the minibar and safe, incur additional charges. The beach services also require extra fees, which some guests felt should be included in the all-inclusive package. This led to some dissatisfaction among guests who expected more inclusive pricing.
