Common criticisms
Pool And Entertainment
Some guests were disappointed with the main pool, noting that it was very cold, which discouraged children from swimming. "The main pool was very cold, which meant our daughter didn’t want to go in". Additionally, there was a lack of daytime entertainment around the pool area, with no music or activities, which made the atmosphere feel flat. Guests expressed a desire for more on-site entertainment options during the day to enhance their experience.
Service Issues
Service at the restaurant bar received mixed reviews, with some guests experiencing delays and unhelpful staff. One guest recounted an incident where they were refused a bottle of water for their child, being told it was table service only, and had to wait 15 minutes for assistance. "Unfortunately, no one came to take our order for about 15 minutes". Such experiences left some guests feeling that the service could be improved to better meet their needs.
