Common criticisms
Cleanliness
Cleanliness was a major concern for many guests, with reports of flies landing on food and around the dining areas. One guest mentioned, "The food was not that inspiring and for a ‘4star’ there was very little in the way of choice. The main problem is that 89% of the food had flies constantly landing on it." ("The food was not that inspiring and for a ‘4star’ there was very little in the way of choice. The main problem is that 89% of the food had flies constantly landing on it.")
Staff
Communication with the staff was challenging for some guests, as not all staff members spoke English fluently. This language barrier sometimes led to misunderstandings and a less satisfactory service experience. One guest noted that the staff did not change sheets regularly, which was problematic during their stay.
