Common criticisms
Room Issues
Some guests experienced issues with room assignments, such as not receiving the requested floor level, which was particularly inconvenient for those with mobility concerns. One guest noted, 'We were disappointed to be told we had a 4th floor room despite requesting a ground floor.' ("Мы были разочарованы, когда нам сказали, что у нас номер на 4 этаже, хотя мы просили первый этаж.")
Cleanliness
Cleanliness was a concern for some guests, particularly around the pool area where tables were not cleaned regularly. A guest mentioned finding cigarette butts and spills from the previous day. Additionally, some rooms were not up to standard upon arrival, with sticky floors and unclean bathrooms.
Food And Beverage
While the food was generally praised for its variety, there were complaints about the lack of allergy information and alternative options for those with dietary restrictions. One guest's son had to eat plain pasta due to a lack of allergy-friendly options. Additionally, the quality of cocktails was criticized, with one guest stating they were poorly made.
