Two hotels with the same stars can feel completely different. The rooms, the bathrooms and the pool area age faster in a hot climate than the pictures suggest, and "tired" is the word that appears most often in disappointed reviews.
The 30 resorts on this page were all renovated in 2024, 2025 or 2026 according to the hotel's own data, and all of them keep a guest rating of at least 4.2 out of 5, with an average of 4.5. Most are in Kemer, Alanya and Side — areas where a refurbished hotel often costs noticeably less than a brand-new resort in Belek.
A renovation does not always cover the whole hotel: sometimes it is the rooms, sometimes the lobby and pools. Check the photos and the most recent reviews for your room type, and if a specific renovated building or room category matters to you, book that category rather than the cheapest one.
